In his final mainstage production at Elon University, Andrew will be playing the role of Khashoggi in “We Will Rock You.” The show runs February 13-16, 2020 in Elon’s McCrary Theatre.

This December, Andrew will be playing the role of Bobby in Elon University’s Senior Seminar Series production of “Cabaret.” Andrew will also be assistant music directing this production. The show runs December 4-6, 2019 in the Center for the Arts Black Box Theatre.

Andrew is thrilled to be returning to the Forestburgh Playhouse in Forestburgh, NY as a member of their 2019 Resident Company! He will be playing Woof in “Hair” and Carmen Ghia in “The Producers,” as well as in the ensembles of “Me and My Girl,” “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert,” and “Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story.”

Andrew was a member of Interlakes Theatre’s 2017 Intern Company. He performed as Mungojerrie in “CATS,” as well as in the ensembles of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and “South Pacific.”


Andrew Stevens Purdy (Carmen Ghia) brings high notes, swish, and ssssssssssss to an art form with his over-the-top characterization. A lingering hand on his exits would do Mel Brooks proud.
